About us

We're an Adelaide-based social media, strategy, and content creation agency. We've been established for three years and have built great long-term retainer relationships with our clients. We currently work across several industries, including entertainment, hospitality, and real estate.

You'd be joining a team of three, and we're looking to grow our team and our clientele dramatically over the next several years.

The role

This is a big role with real ownership. You'd work one-on-one with the owner, who currently runs the editing department. You'll learn how we do things, take the department over, and then keep elevating it — eventually building a team of your own.

You'll take charge of all content editing across our client base: photos, videos, and reels, spanning both organic content and paid ad media. We have graphic designers, so you won't need to touch graphic design.

The output

We currently produce around 25 pieces of content every week across a range of formats — reels, carousels, horizontal ads, and single images. You'll be expected to keep up with this output and hold it to a high standard.

We're entering a period of exponential growth — taking on new clients and team members as we expand. This output will grow with us, and you'll be a key part of building the team and capacity to handle it.

You won't be working from a blank page. All assets are provided, along with a clear content plan. Your job is to take that brief and the raw media, and deliver a polished final product every time.

Hours

This is a set schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (your local Philippine time) — 38 hours a week. We're after someone reliable and consistent who's online and contactable during these hours.

Staying ahead

AI is changing content creation and video editing. You don't need to be an expert, but you should be open to it and aware of how it's developing. We see it as a tool to help you work smarter, and we'll support you in growing those skills over time.

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of editing experience
  • Strong colour grading from RAW and S-Log footage (non-negotiable)
  • Skills in DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, CapCut, and Canva
  • The ability to take a clear brief and deliver a polished final product
  • The ability to work independently and lead a team
  • Devoted to the craft, with the drive to hit the ground running — no hand-holding needed

Adobe Premiere editors are welcome too, as long as your colour grading is sharp.

Pay

Pay is based on your experience and the quality of your work — strong editors are paid well, and your pay grows as the business does. The first three months are a paid trial at a reduced rate, while we both make sure it's the right fit.

The details

Fully remote, full-time at 38 hours per week, with a three-month probationary period. Open to applicants based in the Philippines. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us for the long haul.
